路人女生 lay up教学！

我们线下落地厦门外国语学校，和厦外女篮合作推出LAdY_UP项目。

一份惠普的报告表明，男性达到某个职位的六成要求就会申请该职位。
An HP report said that men will apply for a job if they meet only 60% of the qualifications.

而女性，她们会在100%符合的情况下才提出申请。
But women will apply only if they meet 100% of the qualifications.

这份报告一直被用来表明：女性需要更多自信和更多“安全感”。
This study is usually invoked as evidence that:well, women need more confidence and “security”.

如果换一个角度，你可能会发现，女性在这个社会里常被赋予追求完美的责任，使他们过于谨慎。
From another angle, it is rather simple to explain this:women have been socialized to aspire to perfection, which makes them overly cautious.

或许这可以解释为什么球场上会出现，技术不够精湛的男生，而女生需要很勇敢才能投出一记篮球。
And that may as well explain why males who have imperfect skills are seen on basketball court, whereas it is hard to find female players who are willing to make that single shot.

我们盼望，一个简单的上篮，能够成为她们打破“完美”路上的一小步。
Will a simple layup be a small push every single moment in the coming days when these girls try to lean in?

我们盼望，多年后的今天，会有一个母亲突然想起今天，告诉她的女儿：我也会一点点篮球呢，虽然不是太好。
Years from now, will a mother remember this layup and say to her daughter,“I know a little about basketball, it is just neither BUST nor PERFECT”?

怀着这样的项目初衷，我们也盼望，我们的项目能够演绎这个“去勇敢，而不是去完美”的原则，尝试做得更好。这也是我们给项目起名“LAdY UP”的原因。（其中“LAY UP”指带球碰板上篮）

我们和从没碰过篮球的路人女生交谈，教会她们简单的上篮动作。然后我们进行项目后的访谈。

我们还设计制作了特别的徽章小礼物送给她们。

我们在听到更多的勇敢故事，同时，我们也在创造勇敢故事。
